Steps for Registering :

1. Fill out form below including room preference and roommate. You should get a confirmation number

2. Send check made payable to Texas AgriLife Research for registration fee to the address below. The registration fee is $220 for a double room and $280 for a single room (limited availability). This includes the registration fee, room, all meals, and meeting functions. Checks need to be received by April 7. You should receive a confirmation of your registration by email within a few days.
